Step 1: Pick dates and a package
Guests see free dates straight away. The price is worked out instantly, add-ons and discounts included.
Step 2: Pay a deposit or in full
By FPX or card through ToyyibPay, or by bank transfer with a receipt upload.
Step 3: Get confirmed
A confirmation email and PDF invoice go out automatically, and the dates are locked for that guest.
Step 4: Check or cancel on their own
With the booking reference and email. Guests can cancel on their own before payment is confirmed.

How long is the free trial?
14 days, no card needed. After that, choose a plan in the panel to continue. Without a subscription the site closes to guests, and your data stays saved.
Do guests need to create an account?
No. Guests book with their name, email and phone number, then look up their booking with the reference number and email.
Who pays the FPX fee?
The guest. The ToyyibPay fee is added to the guest's bill, so the booking amount reaches you in full.
I'm also on Airbnb or Agoda. How do I avoid double bookings?
The iCal module (Pro plan and up) exports your calendar and imports bookings from other platforms automatically. Dates booked there close on your site.
Can I change prices, photos and text myself?
Yes. Packages, prices, deposits, photos, text in both languages, bank account and booking rules are all changed in the panel.
Whose name does the booking site carry?
Your homestay's. The site uses your name, logo, colour and photos, at an address like yourname.homestaypro.my.
Can staff and cleaners use it?
Yes, on the Pro plan and up. Staff get their own accounts with the permissions you choose, and cleaners open their checklist from a link without a password.
